Professor Pankaj has extensive experience in teaching undergraduate and graduate courses in the areas of Application Programming, Computer Networking, Data Base Theory & Application, Analysis and Logical Design, Project Management & Implementation, Website Creation & Management and Management Information Systems.

His research interests include Information Systems Agility, Architectures and Frameworks for e-business, IT-centric Organizational Transformation, and Knowledge Management.

Some of his research has been published in the journals like Journal of Academy of Business and Economics, E-Journal of Digital Enterprise, Journal of Digital Business, Journal of Global Management Research and Journal of Digital Business. Some of his conference papers include Northeastern Association of Business, Economics and technology (NABET), Americas Conference on Information Systems (AMCIS), Decision Sciences Institute (DSI), and Midwest Business Administration Association.
